  • Manuel S. Funes-Vargas and Enrique Cazarez (both citizens of Mexico living in Kansas City, MO) and Herbert L. Conroy (Independence, MO), indicted for conspiracy to distribute meth as a result of Operation Icy Hot, trial begins at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom 7C
  • Dale E. Lovelace, charged with failing to pay income tax, change of plea at 10:30 a.m. in Courtroom 6E

Springfield:

  • Pablo Marzsuez and Gustavo T. Luna (both citizens of Mexico living in Texas), indicted for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, trial continues at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 1

Jefferson City:

  • William T. Joplin, indicted for being a felon in possession of a firearm, change of plea
  • Victor Alonso Medina-Perez and Adrain Barraza-Gonzalez (both Mexican nationals), indicted for conspiracy to operate a business of transporting illegal aliens within the United States, change of plea
  • Robert M. Huff, indicted for making a false statement in a disability report for the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board, change of plea
  • Chadwick Wayne Acison will be re-sentenced
  • Connie Sue Marriott (Stover, MO), who pled guilty to making property available to manufacture and store meth, will be sentenced
