Court upholds life sentence

The U.S. Court of Appeals recenlty affirmed the conviction and life imprisonment of David Franklin Williams, who had components in his Springfield, MO, residence for one of the largest meth labs in the Midwest. Williams was found guilty by a trial jury of six counts of manufacturing and distributing methamphetamine, and one count of being a felon in possession of firearms. Williams sought to suppress evidence and challenged the judge's decision to remove
him from the courtroom for continually disruptive conduct.
