Wednesday's Schedule

Kansas City:

  • Dana W. McCoy (KCMO), who pled guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, will be sentenced at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 8A
  • Lawrence Stuart Tuttle (formerly Independence, MO), who pled guilty to stealing his brother's identity, will be sentenced at 10 a.m. in Courtroom 8B
  • Randy Hopkins (Independence, MO), who pled guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, will be sentenced at 10 a.m. in Courtroom 8E
  • Carl Edward Long (Oak Grove, MO), who pled guilty to wire fraud and money laundering as part of an $18 million mortgage fraud scheme, will be sentenced at 10:45 a.m. in Courtroom 8C
  • Thomas C. Finley (KCMO), indicted for being a felon in possession of ammunition, change of plea at 11 a.m. in Courtroom 8A
  • Erica J. Duncan (Lee's Summit, MO), who was convicted of attempting to manufacture meth, will be sentenced at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 8A
  • Wesley J. Durham (Lee's Summit, MO), who was convicted of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute meth, will be sentenced at 2:30 p.m. in Courtroom 8A
  • James L. Woods (KCMO), who pled guilty to distributing crack cocaine and being a felon in possession of a firearm, will be sentenced at 2:30 p.m. in Courtroom 8E

Grand jury is in session, with returns expected late this afternoon.

Jefferson City:

  • Adrian Alvarado-Bonilla (Mexico), who pled guilty to transporting illegal aliens, will be sentenced at 1:30 p.m.
  • Vladimir Jimenez-Cabrera (Mexico), who pled guilty to illegally re-entering the United States, will be sentenced at 2:30 p.m.
  • William Arthur O'Cull, change of plea at 4 p.m.

Springfield:

Grand jury is in session, with returns expected late this afternoon.
