  • Trial continues for Xavier Lightfoot (KCMO), indicted for murdering a federal witness and conspiring to rob a credit union in Nebraska, at 7:30 a.m. in Courtroom 7C. The government intends to seek the death penalty
  • Matthew A. Brooks (Kearney, MO), who pled guilty to being a felon in possession of ammunition, will be sentenced at 9:45 a.m. in Courtroom 8C
  • Kenneth R. Gerlt (Independence, MO), who pled guilty to attempting to manufacture meth, will be sentenced at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 8C
  • Carl J. Nelson (KCMO), who pled guiltyt to being a felon in possession of a firearm, will be sentenced at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 7B
