Friday's Schedule

Kansas City:
  • Becky June Puett has a sentencing hearing scheduled for 10 a.m. in Courtroom 7B. Puett pleaded guilty to credit card fraud in April.
  • Lyle L. Brown has a sentencing hearing scheduled for 2 p.m. in Courtroom 6E. Hurst pleaded guilty to falsifying documents enabling one of his employees to illegally receive disability benefits.

Springfield:
  • Ralph Lauffer has a sentencing hearing scheduled at 10 a.m. in District Courtroom One. Lauffer previously pleaded guilty to his role in Operation Ice Palace.
  • Randy Alan Hance has a sentencing hearing scheduled for 11 a.m. in District Courtroom One. Hance pleaded guilty to illegally possessing a firearm.

Thursday's Schedule

Kansas City:
  • Harvey Dean Hurst has a change of plea hearing scheduled at 10 a.m. in Courtroom 8B. Hurst was indicted for inducing another person to make false statements to the United States Department of Health and Human Services regarding wage information.
  • Caleb James Toliver has a change of plea hearing scheduled at 10 a.m. in Courtroom 7C. Toliver was indicted for attempting to distribute child pornography.
  • Tammy J. Martin has a change of plea hearing scheduled at 3 p.m. in Courtroom 6E. Martin was charged in a federal information with voting twice in the November 2004 elections.
  • Bucksley J. Barnhill and James D. Hardy have change of plea hearings sceduled at 2:30 and 3 p.m. The co-defendants were indicted for their role in an Oxycontin conspiracy in August.
  • Christopher M. Graham, Rebecca L. Martin, Jesus M. Hernandez-Delgado and Michael Wayne Mosher each have change of plea hearings scheduled today. The co-defendants were charged for their involvement in a multiple-defendant methamphetamine conspiracy.

Wednesday's Schedule

Kansas City:
  • Tiffany N. Gatewood and Leah N. Leak, indicted for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than one kilogram of phencyclidine (PCP), are scheduled to plead guilty today at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 8E.
  • Guillermo Rivera-Corral is scheduled to be sentenced and Cleothpus J. Harris is scheduled to plead guilty at 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. in Courtroom 7C. The co-defendants were indicted for their role in a multiple defendant methamphetamine conspiracy.
  • Lamont M. Rowe, indicted for his role in a crack cocaine conspiracy, has a change of plea hearing scheduled for 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 7C.
  • Stephone D. Taylor, indicted for his role an ecstacy conspiracy, has a change of plea hearing scheduled for 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 8E.
  • Damon H. Bussey, Harvey A. Roach and Jeremy L. White, who were charged in separate and unrelated cases for violating federal firearms laws, have change of plea hearings scheduled today.
