Springfield child porn sentence

A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for Stephen M. Taylor (Springfield, MO), who pled guilty to producing and possessing child porn. Taylor will be sentenced at 9 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2005, in Courtroom 2.

Child porn sentencing

A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for Michael Shawn McCourt (Parkville, MO), convicted by a federal jury of receiving and possessing child porn. McCourt will be sentenced at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2005, in Courtroom 8A.

Sentencing in Branson time-share fraud

A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for Dennis Ray Weaver (Jackson, TN), who pled guilty to a $20 million time-share fraud at two Branson hotels. Weaver will be sentenced at 10 a.m. on Jan. 6, 2006, in U.S. District Court in Springfield, MO.
