Sex Offender Sentenced

A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for a registered sex offender who pled guilty to receiving and possessing child porn. Jerry West (KCMO) will be sentenced at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19, 2005, in Courtroom 7A.

CassTel Fraud Sentencing

A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for Richard T. Martino (New York), who pleaded guilty to a $9 million conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud involving Cass County Telephone Company.
