  • Agustin Garcia-Guevara, indicted for conspiracy to distribute meth, change of plea hearing, 10:30 a.m. in Courtroom 7C
  • Martinus Anton Sayles (KS), indicted for bank fraud and counterfeit payroll checks, change of plea hearing at 11 a.m. in Courtoom 7C
  • Bucksley J. Barnhill (KCMO), who pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute oxycontin, will be sentenced at 11:30 a.m. in Courtroom 7C
  • Kyle David Waltemeyer (Winston, MO), indicted for conspiracy to distribute meth, change of plea at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 6E
  • David M. Nanos (Carthage, MO), who pled guilty to conspiracy to manufacture meth and an illegal firearm, will be sentenced at 2 p.m. in Courtroom 8B

  • Lance C. Tomlinson (Phoenix, AR), who pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine, will be sentenced
  • Leroy Perry (Columbia, MO), who pled guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, will be sentenced
