• JuanManuel Valenzuela (Dodge City, KS), who pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute cocaine as the result of a NITRO investigation, will be sentenced at 11 a.m. in Courtroom 8C
• Lyle L. Brown and Brown's Agri-Services, Inc., who pled guilty to employing Harvey Hurst under another person's name so that he could continue to receive Social Security benefits, will be sentenced at 11 a.m. in Courtroom 6E
