7th Heaven guilty plea

Jan H. Fichman (Leawood, KS), who was indicted for selling more than $3 million worth of illegal drug paraphernalia from 7th Heaven stores in Kansas City, MO, and Sedalia, MO, will enter a change of plea at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2006, in Courtroom 7A.
