Operation Ice Palace

The trial of Roy Hudspeth (Springfield, MO), the CEO of Handi-Rak who was indicted for conspiracy to distribute ingredients used to manufacture meth, is expected to conclude today. The indictment against Hudspeth came as a result of Operation Ice Palace, an investigation into the illegal sale of large quantities of over-the-counter cold medications to meth manufacturers in southwest Missouri.
